Location: Miami, FL

Salary: Up to $130K DOE


We are partnering with a leading construction firm that specializes in commercial construction projects across Florida, who are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Superintendent to join their team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Review and interpret project plans and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred.
