Responsibilities


  • Manage and optimize the customer’s LAN/WAN network infrastructure to ensure seamless operation.
  • Work with SD-WAN solutions to maintain secure and reliable connectivity.
  • Collaborate with the customer’s IT team to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues effectively.
  • Ensure network reliability for critical Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.


Requirements


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in network administration or IT infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with SD-WAN solutions.
  • Experience in the distribution or food and beverage industry is highly desirable.
  • Must be open to a primarily full-time, on-site position and travel three times annually to the customer’s facility in Maryland.
