As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness and sharing the SERVPRO story. You will make a difference every day by building relationships and meeting sales goals. This position requires excellent communication skills (both in-person and online), a strong motivation for achieving sales targets, and comfort in meeting new people.


Key Responsibilities:

•Educate and Advocate: Understand SERVPRO's competitive advantages and effectively communicate the brand benefits to clients and customers.

•Relationship Building: Conduct daily marketing calls to build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships within your sales territory.

•Brand Promotion: Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes.

•Lead Management: Utilize marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track all lead activity and opportunities.

•Reporting: Provide management with revenue updates and reports regarding your assigned sales territory.

•Sales Goals: Consistently achieve and exceed sales territory revenue goals.


Position Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience preferred.

•A minimum of two years of direct sales experience.

•Strong process and results-driven attitude.

•Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.


Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:

•Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.

•Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.

•Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

•Attend Daily Business Development meetings in Broadview.


Compensation:

•Base Salary plus commission-based
