- Senior-Level Experience: The candidate should have a proven track record in benefits management.
- LOA Knowledge: Not essential, but preferred.
- 401k Knowledge: Must have experience with 401k benefits.
- Technically Savvy: Candidate should be able to use systems and have good Excel skills
Personality Traits:
- Humble: The candidate should be humble,
- Willingness to Roll Up Sleeves: Needs to be proactive and ready to take on a variety of tasks.
- Autonomous but Compliant: The environment requires a balance of self-reliance while adhering to compliance standards.
Work Style & Hours:
- Onsite Requirement: 4-5 days a week.
- Work-Life Balance: Candidate should be able to complete tasks during regular working hours without needing to work excessive overtime.
Work Environment:
- Fast-Paced: The environment is dynamic, requiring a mix of compliance adherence and autonomy, they are still feeling the effects of a merge & need someone that has gone through that maybe or understands that it can be hectic at times
