Are you ready to take the next steps in your career? The Sales Management Trainee will go through an organic, fast-paced training process, and a unique opportunity to learn the ropes of leadership and develop the skills necessary to lead a successful team.


Responsibilities:

  • Cross-train in sales, leadership, and management to gain hands-on experience.
  • Manage weekly sales goals and compliance with 2-3 accounts.
  • Drive sales and maintain your personal weekly records.
  • Develop leadership skills by leading sales training classes and pivot based on different learning styles.
  • Assess individual performance and determine the next steps for continual improvement and growth.
  • Communicate with the local General Managers of each account to ensure compliance is up to standard.
  • Organize and host weekly team events.

Requirements:

  • No degree is needed for this role, we provide training from within.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role can help fast-track your training process. Candidates with relevant internships or sales experience will also be considered.
  • Leadership potential: Strong leadership qualities will stand out, can you display the ability to motivate and guide others?
  • Communication skills: 90% of this role involves communicating, it is important that you are able to effectively build relationships with your team.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Showcase the ability to make decisive choices that benefit the team.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • This is an on-site role, we do not offer remote training.
