**Responsibilities of a Sales Manger Trainee**
- Educating customers on eco-friendly, green products and services available to them, ensuring they get the best deal for them
- Participation in training and coaching sessions on a weekly basis, eventually conducting them as you grow in the company
- Drive revenue through prospecting new customers, managing existing customer relationships, and growing business within accounts
- Work cross functionally with the management and leadership team to maximize opportunities
