They are seeking a skilled QC Inspector to join their team. The selected candidate will play a critical role in maintaining quality standards for construction projects and will ensure excellence in project execution, fostering a secure and effective training environment for the organization.

Focus:
- Implement and manage a comprehensive Quality Control program to ensure strict adherence to contract specifications.
- Conduct daily inspections of work to verify compliance, requesting corrections for any deficiencies.
- Develop and execute QA plans for each project, detailing inspection, testing, and reporting procedures.
- Monitor contractor activities, including inspections and testing, to ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare detailed daily QA reports documenting discussions, deficiencies, and corrective actions, ensuring timely submission within 48 hours.
- Participate in pre-construction meetings and coordinate quality assurance efforts.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Equivalent technical training and experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 10 years of quality control experience on commercial or government construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, reporting, and corrective action plans.
- Ability to work collaboratively with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce detailed reports.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
- Availability for flexible work schedules, including occasional nights and weekends.
