We are excited to announce an opening for a Commercial Lines Account Manager who will be integral in servicing an existing book of accounts and collaborating with producers to grow and manage these accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of commercial insurance policies, including property, liability, workers' compensation, and auto insurance.
- Discuss with clients their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Work with producers to conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the most appropriate insurance coverage for each client.
- Process and manage commercial insurance applications and renewals in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
Skills:
- Proven experience in commercial lines insurance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, both in-person and over the phone.
