A regional law firm is looking for a Temporary Estate Planning/Probate Paralegal/Administrative Assistant to join their team out of their Colorado Springs, CO office. MUST be able to work fully in-office in Colorado Springs, CO.

Responsibilities:

  • Case management
  • Calling clients
  • Calendaring, scheduling
  • Administrative tasks
  • Attend client meetings, execution of estate documents, signings, etc.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-3+ years of estate planning/probate paralegal experience
  • Ability to commute daily to the firm's office in Colorado Springs, CO
  • Must have organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work with multiple attorneys
  • Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, team player

Pay: $19-$20/hr.
