Job Title: Assets Servicing Analyst
Duration: 5.5 Months (Possible Extension/Hire)
Location: Jersey City,NJ - Hybrid
Pay Range: $43 - $48/hr on w2

Agency and Trust is a leading global provider of corporate trust services with over 100 years of market experience supporting a variety of securities and commercial transactions. CAT offers a full range of agency and fiduciary services in both developed and emerging markets and has been consistently recognized for service excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibility is to independently handle the daily processing of various bond related transactions:
Original Issuance of Bonds (set ups); Should be able to multi-task, have strong interpersonal skills, written & oral communication skills and the ability to interact with varying levels within the business and product teams.
Bond Conversions; DWAC/FRAC.
On a daily basis, this position will:
- with the front office to ensure proper documentation received for new issue setup.
- global notes into the database.
- and distribute mail to various groups in the department.
- and sort securities received by unique identifier (cusip).
- spreadsheet with cusips received at closing into access database.
- securities as received in internal processing system.
- securities for filing.
- Securities in vault under dual control.
- in scanning daily work as required by SEC.
- in annual vault count.
- and any process improvements to enhance efficiencies.
- premise loss, mail, and lost security processing.
- to applicable SEC turnaround regulations for transfers and inquiries.
- presentations made over the window or through the mail.
- issued certificates, checks, tax forms, statements, etc
Candidate Qualifications
- successful candidate will be a quick learner who is well organized, has the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and is proficient in MSWord and Excel. Knowledge of/familiarity with DTC/Euroclear is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact with varying levels within the business and product teams will also be necessary.
