  • Review investor documents to identify any issues and work with Marketing team to resolve
  • Assist in the communication of capital events to key distribution relationships and financial advisors
  • Perform reconciliations between internally managed investor information and the transfer agents
  • Field inquiries from investors & internal sales teams on firm investment offerings.
  • Develop strong understanding of distribution partners’ operational platforms and processes and become resident firm expert for advisor.
  • Identify and document operational procedures for ongoing fund maintenance on various platforms.


Qualifications:

  • 4-6 yrs experience in middle/back office of asset manager
  • Strong detail orientation; knows how to prioritize
  • Ideally, experience with Investor Services and Operations
