We have a great opportunity to join a local firm in Anderson, SC as an Office Administrator. Our client emphasizes a culture centered on learning and ongoing professional growth. They are seeking an individual who will primarily focus on providing internal office organizational support, client services coordination, and firm business promotion through marketing initiatives, and monitoring. Occasionally, the ideal candidate will provide technical support to accountants for light data entry and financial analysis.


As an Office Administrator, you will be required to provide attention to detail in your work for handling time sensitive and confidential information.


This is an on-site position in Anderson, SC.


Essential Duties:

  • Greeting and delivering information to clients
  • Making and answering phone calls
  • Scheduling meetings to communicate regularly with the management team including partners to ensure highest standard of client service is being provided towards complete client satisfaction.
  • Workflow coordination of client deliverables
  • Ordering supplies
  • Maintaining postage machine
  • Processing mail out, distributing mail and faxes coming in, picking up mail from post office.
  • Typing letters and forms
  • Coordinating office events
  • Monitoring and maintaining website content with direction from marketing team
  • Implementing marketing plan
  • Assist in searching for community partnering and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Providing required support to ensure smooth running of the firm office and discharging firm promotions responsibilities.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum two‐year college degree in the field of Business, Marketing or a related field with 6 months to 2 years work experience in a related field OR have earned High school Diploma or GED with 3 to 5years of work experience in a business office, customer service, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills with an excellent phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to be able to work in a relatively fast paced work environment during busy periods.
