Who You Are:
You have at least two years of experience in personal lines insurance (or related professional services account management) and thrive in a dynamic, high-touch, entrepreneurial environment. You're organized, proactive, and eager to expand your career into sales or leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Own the Client Experience – Handle applications, quotes, ID cards, endorsements, claims servicing, renewals, and client communication with precision.
- Stay on Top of Every Detail – Maintain client files, policy details, and documentation in our agency management system.
- Be a Trusted Advisor – Conduct annual coverage reviews, recommend enhancements, and cross-sell additional policies.
- Ensure Accuracy & Compliance – Review new business, renewals, and endorsements to make sure everything is as expected.
- Drive Growth & Revenue – Identify sales opportunities, manage expirations, and offer companion lines.
