About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team In this role, you'll play a crucial part in driving strategic financial decisions and enhancing business performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop and refine financial models to support strategic initiatives and improve overall business outcomes.
  • Planning & Forecasting: Lead the annual planning cycle and manage monthly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Variance & Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth variance and trend analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement in financial strategies.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Data Analysis: Expertise in analyzing large datasets and presenting findings in a clear and actionable way.
  • Accounting & Finance Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, P&L statements, and financial problem-solving.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Adaptability & Drive: Motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Experience: Familiarity with database warehouse tools like MicroStrategy is a plus.
