The Inventory Reconciliation Analyst role will be supporting the Transportation and Distribution group and be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

• Establishing good communication channel between production warehouses & distribution centers.
• Performing site-specific inventory reconciliations between the physical readings and ERP system.
• Communicate with 3rd party sites and plants/terminals to ensure facility physical data is collected and accurate.
• Identify, research, and drive timely resolution of reconciling items, EDI transmission errors
• Ensure the Service Level Agreement / Key Performance Indicators are met in a timely manner.
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting on the Volumes are reconciled and presented back to the group.
• Understanding the drivers for the EDI errors and driving conversations to help address the issues with right root causes and the actions are put in place.
• Monthly / Quarterly close to help meet the business objectives for the customer.
• Ensure reconciliations are maintained according to records management requirements.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to clients group to ensure financial reporting is accurate
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to clients group to ensure financial reporting is accurate.
• Tracking and reporting of inventory data along with fulfillment of audit requests and inquiries.
• Customer service support for any of the queries between 3rd Party and the client.
• Team is required to work on the weekends for the Period End, Quarter and Year End Close.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance Preferred
• Relevant Accounting and/or Supply Chain Experience a Plus
• Relevant Accounting and/or Supply Chain Experience a Plus

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• SAP Knowledge is preferred.
• Good understanding of the warehouse and Inventory Re-conciliation process.
