Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a **Plant Administrator**, to join the team in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

**Reporting to**: Controller

The Plant Administrator is responsible for accurate production and inventory reporting, evaluation of production scheduling and determination of all required materials to ensure availability. This role will also support the Plant in Administrative and Human Resources functions.

**Key Tasks & Activities...**
- Production and Inventory Reporting to Plant Manager and Operations
- Sales reporting to Accounting with customer reconciliation of payments
- Perform physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain SAP system to ensure maximum accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain SAP Warehouse Management System
- Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient movement of all materials
- Determine lead time for all required materials to keep inventory of needed items in facility
- Order stock, machine tools and all other items for production and maintenance
- Create Vendor PO's review and reconcile vendor statements
- Cycle counting of finished goods and raw materials
- Ensure that the schedules are met, transportation, production etc.
- Update standard operating procedures
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel (temp staffing, full time employees, training, performance evaluations, interview screening and attendance)
- Assist in payroll preparation for corporate processing
- Conduct initial new hire orientation and HR Training
- Provide Administrative support to Human Resources and Plant Manager
- Other duties as assigned by manager

**Who we are looking for...**

Background and Experience

1 to 3 years experience in the manufacturing environment

Knowledge of warehouse environment and inventory

Technical Skills

SAP experience

Knowledge of HR and Labor Law

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel required

Interpersonal Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and organization; ability to meet strict deadlines

Excellent interpersonal skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
