This role involves working closely with suppliers, internal departments, and stakeholders to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality materials.


The Opportunity:

- Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies to ensure the availability of materials and components.

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct supplier audits, and manage supplier relationships.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best value.

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.

- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality departments to ensure materials meet specifications and quality standards.

- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness of the supply chain.

- Address and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or cost with suppliers.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, supplier performance, and market conditions.


What we are seeking:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred in supply chain management or a related field.

- Minimum of e years of experience with purchasing or procurement in a manufacturing environment.

- Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.

- Experience in manufacturing ERP system is strongly preferred.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
