Job Description: The Enterprise Data Operator is responsible for efficiently managing data entry tasks including order processing, freight claims, and communication with customers or freight carriers. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to work independently with support available when needed, and unwavering dependability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate data entry by adhering to established techniques and procedures.
  • Identify errors through verification processes and implement necessary changes.
  • Transcribe data from source material into computer-compatible formats.
  • Exercise independent judgment and basic reasoning skills.
  • Proofread and edit own work, ensuring adherence to formatting standards.
  • Record and maintain data input records.
  • Provide essential support to functional groups through various clerical tasks.
  • Compile and report statistics accurately using standard calculations.
  • Gather, compile, and verify information for reports, presentations, or forms.
  • Actively participate in associate meetings and communicate concerns to management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all organizational policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Fulfill other duties or functions as assigned by management.


Qualifications:

  • Dependable with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in data entry or related field preferred.


Work Schedule: This is an onsite role scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
