Because we're a GROWING digital marketing agency in the IT Services industry, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Account Manager. In a nutshell, your job is to build and nurture relationships with key TMT clients. You will ensure all client needs are met, you will share updates on their account status and performance metrics, while also serving as the key POC for all your assigned clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing services and have a proven track record of client success and management.


As a full-time employee, you will qualify for great health insurance.

This position is an IN-OFFICE position located at our Brentwood, TN location.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans to ensure client KPIs are being met.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of TMT products and service offerings to enhance upsell and cross-sell capabilities to clients.
  • Meet regularly with cross functional team members to discuss client progress and find new ways to improve client performance.
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
  • Stay current on new marketing trends to ensure we’re always delivering the most effective marketing strategies for our clients. 
  • Meet with clients monthly to provide Metric Reviews and get input on qualified/closed leads. 
  • Maximize TTV (Time to Value) for all clients, create reports to show progress of success and ROI of investment.
  • Keep track of customer renewal periods to ensure client renewal rate.
  • Expand average monthly revenue of subscribed associated clients by identifying cross sell and upsell opportunities and then soft selling those products/services through to the client.
