They work with global leaders in aerospace, chemical, steel, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, power generation, and semiconductor industries, executing critical and complex projects across the nation. Position Summary:

As the Director of Estimating, you'll lead a skilled team in developing accurate project estimates for mechanical construction projects ranging from $5M to $50M. Collaborate with operations, area managers, business development, and the virtual design group to deliver high-quality bids. This role involves leading cost estimation, benchmarking, and analysis, managing stakeholder communication, and overseeing workflow. You'll also foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the estimating department.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

- Minimum 10 years in the construction industry with 2+ years in a supervisory estimating role.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


Location & Travel:

Based in our Indianapolis, IN office, with occasional travel to job sites and other company locations.
