Videographer

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer & Content Creator to join our medical practice team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video and an understanding of how to engage audiences across various social media platforms. This role involves filming high-quality content in our clinic, including patient testimonials, procedures, educational videos, and more. The content will be used to enhance our online presence and promote the practice’s services.
Key Responsibilities:Content Creation:Film and edit high-quality video content within the clinic, including patient interactions, treatments, behind-the-scenes footage, and educational materials.Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with the practice’s branding and marketing goals.Capture and produce a variety of video styles, including short-form content for social media, long-form educational videos, and promotional materials.Social Media Management:Work closely with the marketing team to create content tailored for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.Ensure all content is optimized for each platform, considering format, length, and audience engagement strategies.Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to continuously improve the practice’s online presence.Post-Production:Edit raw footage into polished videos, adding graphics, animations, and sound as needed to enhance the final product.Manage post-production tasks, including color correction, audio adjustments, and exporting videos in the required formats.Project Management:Organize and manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and content is delivered on time.Maintain a library of video content for future use, properly archiving all footage and projects.Collaboration:Collaborate with healthcare professionals and staff to ensure accurate and respectful representation of medical procedures and patient interactions.Participate in creative meetings to align video content with the overall marketing strategy.
Qualifications:Proven experience as a videographer, preferably within a healthcare or medical setting.Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.Strong understanding of social media platforms and video content requirements.Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience with graphic design and motion graphics is a plus.
Preferred Skills:Knowledge of healthcare terminology and sensitivity to patient privacy.Familiarity with SEO and video optimization strategies.Basic photography skills.
