The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients in various industries.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and industry events.
  • Conduct client visits to understand manufacturing needs and offer solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop proposals and presentations.
  • Assist clients in selecting materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Address and resolve technical or logistical issues during manufacturing.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in manufacturing, with a focus on plastic manufacturing, injection molding, and thermoforming.
  • Strong technical knowledge of plastic materials, manufacturing processes, and product design.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
