Job Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning through to successful delivery. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks or delays and implementing solutions.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of project documentation, including permits, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Handle all aspects of contract management, including negotiation and enforcement of terms.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues promptly to keep projects moving forward.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or related industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, etc.).
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and change management processes.
