About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Indianapolis. This exciting opportunity will allow you to build a dynamic skillset and gain valuable knowledge that will launch your career in commercial construction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support our Zero-Injury Safety Program by ensuring a safe work environment on all projects.
  • Provide site and building layout to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate shop drawing and submittal review process to guarantee quality construction.
  • Support built-in quality using our three-phase quality control process.
  • Help support and coordinate scheduled construction activities to maintain project schedules.
  • Expedite building components & materials to meet project deadlines.
  • Coordinate change order management process to minimize delays.
  • Provide document control and reporting to ensure accurate project tracking.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of construction experience, including internships and co-ops.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or a related field.
  • Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours as required.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per yearAbout the Company
