We are looking for an energetic individual who can interface with our customer Product Owner, execute against the product vision, and lead our Agile delivery team as a Scrum Master to deliver an excellent product that meets user needs.


Responsibilities:

Engage with stakeholders to accurately report progress, risks, successes, and failures

Maintain a close working relationship with the product owner, scrum team, and other stakeholders such as product end users

Lead working session meetings to discuss scope, schedule and requirements with product owners

Help Product Owner with prioritization, risk management, and scope

Manage product quality, releases and delivery

Support all inter and intra team communication

Manage lightweight, living planning documents, like an Agile Product Roadmap.

Conduct all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, daily Scrum Meetings, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives

Perform continuous and active backlog grooming

Calculate ongoing team capacity and velocity

Act as a mentor to ensure development teams work toward the core Scrum principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility

Establish shared product vision across the development team, product owner and lead product execution
