HR Executive (Core HR)/Office Management
- Be the HR contact person to help new hires with all the benefits queries – Insurance, 401k, FSA, Transit, Expense reimbursement etc. and helping with conflict resolutions
- Address and resolve employees’ issues if any
- Work closely with the North America HR team for onboarding, offboarding and day to day operations
- Understands regulations about vacation days/sick time off and other employment policies and ensures that policies are always up to date.
- Ensure the data accuracy and create regular reports for executives’ preview.
- Would like this person to be inquisitive, energetic. Someone who takes initiatives and accountability and get things done w/o constant reminders
- Additionally, assume the role of office manager – taking care of mails, ordering and shipping as needed, Organizing CSR activities, festivities etc., taking care of inventory (laptops/monitors etc.)
Need cultural fit, who is ready to be in Pleasanton office 4 days/week. This person will have some experience in staffing industry to know that it’s a high volume and high turnover kind of business which is very different from a corporate.
