Human Resources Generalist

Sensiba LLP is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the team, including onboarding, performance management, wellness, record-keeping, reporting, compliance, payroll support, safety, training initiatives, employment verifications, benefits administration, leave of absences, and various projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional support to the HR team, including responding to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement, improve, and communicate programs, policies, and processes that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Assist with new hire onboarding efforts, including creating a seamless and welcoming experience for new employees.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal staff at all levels, ensuring open communication and a positive work environment.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of electronic personnel files and HRIS systems.
- Prepare and analyze data for various reports, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Support the performance management process, including performance evaluations, goal setting, and employee recognition programs.
- Administer benefits and leaves of absence processes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement training initiatives to support employee development and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement safety programs and initiatives, minimizing workplace injuries and promoting a safe work environment.
- Participate in various projects and initiatives to gain exposure to different areas within the HR department and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a public accounting or professional services firm.
- Ability to travel throughout the greater SF Bay Area.
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- PHR Certification or similar is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and exercise sound professional judgment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of professionals.
- Ability to learn and apply new processes quickly, while prioritizing and completing critical tasks.
- Flexibility to work on a variety of assignments, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Sensiba LLP offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $68,000 - $85,000, depending on skills, role, and location.
