Total Quality management is a joint effort of management and associates in order to exceed customer satisfaction levels.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist team creating, and aiding in the investigation of Corrective Action Reports (8D’s).
  • Observe and analyze current methods, processes and make recommendations to bring about improved process/product quality, work simplification and cost reduction
  • Participate in cross-functional teams in the pursuit of problem-solving and mistake-proofing quality problems.
  • Follow all internal and OSHA-required safety procedures
  • Assist in protecting our customers to ensure each product meets established quality standards of zero-conformances.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

  • Winter semester internship: December 2024- February 2025(flexible dates) with potential for additional semesters and goal of full time employment
  • Paid full-time position during the span of the internship
  • Monday-Friday, core work hours 1st shift


Required Qualifications

  • Able to commute to the Georgetown, TX office location
  • Completion of Junior year in college
  • Graduated or currently enrolled in relevant majors such as Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Polymer Engineering, etc.
  • Authorized to work in United States
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver quality work within defined timelines.
  • Bilingual in Korean/English a plus
