This role is ideal for engineers with deep RFID solution experience and strong backend development capabilities. Strict experience limits apply (7+ years required; max 15–18 years total).Job SummaryWork on designing, integrating, and optimizing RFID-based backend systems using modern technologies and enterprise platforms. This position involves close collaboration with hardware, middleware, and enterprise applications.Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) Skills7+ years software development experience (max 15–18 years total)2+ years hands-on RFID solution design/implementationStrong knowledge of UHF (EPC Class 1 Gen 2 / RAIN), HF, NFC technologiesUnderstanding of tag physics, antenna theory, RF propagationHands-on experience with RFID hardware (Impinj, Zebra, SATO, Alien, etc.)Strong backend development in Python (or C#/Java)Experience integrating RFID hardware with WMS, ERP, MESProficiency with REST APIs, vendor SDKs, MQTT/RabbitMQSolid SQL & NoSQL database experience📩 Interested?
