ERP Systems Analyst

Pacific, Missouri.

$75-95K plus excellent benefits package.

To be successful in this role:

You will be a confident ERP Systems Analyst with 5+ years of experience as an ERP Systems Analyst or in a similar role, preferably with Infor XA along with a strong understanding of business processes, and a commitment to driving efficiencies across the organization.

Other requirements for this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements
• Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis
• Infor XA 9.2, formally MAPICS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Project management experience and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job role and responsibilities:

As an ERP Systems Analyst you will analyze, design, and support the company Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system Infor XA & integrated systems, ensuring it aligns with internal and external business needs. This role involves collaborating with process owners to understand requirements, identify system improvements, and implement solutions that enhance productivity and data accuracy.

Other responsibilities for this role include:

• System Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with department managers and stakeholders to understand and document business needs, identify gaps, and recommend system improvements or upgrades
• ERP Configuration & Maintenance: Configure and customize ERP modules to support business functions. Manage system updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration with other business systems
• Project Leadership and Implementation: Lead ERP-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards. Analyze data to support business decisions and provide insights into key performance metrics
• User Training & Support: Develop materials and conduct end-user training sessions. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system users
• System Security & Compliance: Ensure ERP system security and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Implement best practices for data security and privacy
