Rental Project Coordinator

Our client, a leader in the modular rental and construction industry, is seeking a detail-oriented Rental Projects Coordinator to join their team in the Seattle, WA area. This individual will work closely with the Rental Projects Team and other departments to coordinate all leasing functions for rental projects across western Washington.


Daily Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with subcontractors, vendors, customers, and drivers, including answering a multi-line phone system
  • Dispatching the rental fleet & coordinating deliveries and returns of buildings
  • Creating rental project schedules
  • Creating Purchase Orders
  • Invoicing
  • Assisting Estimators, Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Managing documents
  • Rental Close-Outs
  • Budget Management

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 2 years of coordinating experience, preferably in the Construction industry
  • 2 years construction/equipment industry knowledge preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Prevailing Wage and Federal Davis Beacon wage acts HIGHLY preferred
  • Detail-oriented
  • Problem-solving skills
