Job Description:

  • These client-facing roles will help a government customer redesign and define business processes and execute strategies to migrate critical enterprise services to the customer's Shared Service platform.
  • The roles will be responsible for managing project details including schedule management, risk management, communications management, and stakeholder management.
  • Additionally, the resources will assist in business process reengineering activities including process mapping, decision management, and requirements management.
  • Successful candidates will have proven experience working proactively with customers, anticipating their needs, and providing well thought out recommendations and solutions.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as a team member, excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, and good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

Role Requirements:

Entry Level:

  • Possess a minimum of two (2) years recent experience participating in projects including communications, schedule, stakeholder, and risk management -OR-
  • Possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience participating in or leading business process improvement efforts

Junior Level:

  • Possess a minimum of three (3) years recent experience managing projects including communications, schedule, stakeholder, and risk management -OR-
  • Possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience participating in or leading business process improvement efforts
  • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
