Position Overview for the Privacy Implementation Analyst:

We’re looking for an associate to work at the intersection of emerging global privacy law and internet technology as the primary implementer of the OneTrust privacy management software platform. You will have a crucial role in ensuring our customer interactions yield useful business insight while also protecting customer privacy and mitigating risk to the company. You will be operationally focused on implementing privacy tools in customer-facing digital channels of American’s travel business, primarily our multiple web sites.


Required Skills for the Privacy Implementation Analyst:

  • 2+ years of technology experience – developing/managing customer-facing digital projects
  • 2+ years of experience with Data Privacy, Governance, and Compliance – (OneTrust Privacy Management)
  • Professional experience working with JavaScript
  • Hands on experience working with cookies, data, and privacy tools
