**Responsibilities:**


1. Assist the project manager in gathering equipment, resources, and information required for upcoming projects.

2. Maintain project budgets and work schedules, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and timely completion of tasks.

3. Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings, documenting discussions and action items to ensure clear communication and accountability.

4. Collaborate with project team members to plan and manage project goals, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

5. Supervise ongoing projects, coordinating efforts among team members to maintain workflow efficiency and meet project milestones.

6. Communicate regularly with clients to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives, and provide updates on project progress as needed.

7. Conduct walkthroughs of the manufacturing floor, adhering to safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE (safety glasses, steel toe boots).

8. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming tasks, providing visibility to project stakeholders.


**Qualifications:**


- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.

- Minimum of 1 year of project coordinator experience, with experience working with budgets preferred.

- Proficiency in SAP software is highly desirable.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and project team members.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.

- Flexibility to work varying hours and assist with other projects as needed.


**Note:** This position requires onsite presence and the ability to walk through manufacturing areas. Virtual interviews will be conducted for initial screening.
