  • Handle daily accounting duties including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Inventory.
  • Process invoices, daily transactions and expenses.
  • Month-end close - Major Account reconciliation, preparation of Income Statement and Balance Sheet reports with assisting FM on variance explanations.
  • Update and maintain accounting database.
  • Create and maintain monthly and quarterly reports -top 10 customer, in-transit valuation, results compared to budget, material obsolescence review, etc.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in Finance and/or Accounting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Sage 50 ERP experience is a plus.
Desired Skills and Experience
