The Tax Manager is a key player supporting the various tax reporting and compliance areas that are under the team’s responsibility.
In this role you will....
- Assist with the preparation and completion of year-end US tax provision.
- Assist with preparation of US consolidated tax return filing.
- Review Federal Tax Returns of US legal entities (e.g. Corporations, Partnerships, Foundations).
- Assist with tax planning & transactional related assignments.
- Support Senior Tax Managers with their daily projects and assignments.
- Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of Tax Seniors and Staff.
In this role you will need...
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.
- Six (6) or more years of experience in Public Accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of US federal tax rules and reporting (Form 1120).
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite and Corptax.
- Post-graduate degree (MS Tax) or CPA preferred.
- Bloomberg Fixed Assets is preferred.
Hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office.
