Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, we are currently looking for a Client Service Analyst to join our Family Office Solutions team. You’ll need to have excellent attention to detail, a client service mentality, the ability to multi-task, and the desire to be a great team player.


What we’re looking for:


We're looking for a highly motivated service-oriented professional with a unique blend of intellectual curiosity, interpersonal, and analytical skills. You should have a genuine interest in finance as well as energy, confidence, and the ability to take initiative. You'll also have good judgment, integrity, and the desire to work in a dynamic fast-paced start-up environment.


Key Qualifications:

  1. 4-year college degree with a history of strong academic performance.
  2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
  4. Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  5. Experience with NetX360, E Money, iPaladin, or other financial planning software is a plus.


Your experience:

As a Client Service Analyst with our Family Office Solutions team, you'll collaborate with our leadership team to assist in strengthening client relationships by providing exceptional client service. No two clients have identical goals, so understanding their unique needs and tailoring our approach requires work across the firm to provide the highest level of client service. As a Client Service Analyst, you will execute a tailored service plan for each client and respond same-day to client financial-related needs, similar to a family CFO. You will also collaborate with more experienced advisors and business development staff to assist in developing new client relationships.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Responding to client inquiries for information about products and services.
  • Scheduling advisor-client meetings.
  • Drafting written or electronic communications on behalf of advisors.
  • Logging and tracking customer calls or emails.
  • Maintaining databases of client information for advisors.
  • Recording and resolving customer complaints.
  • Filing and organizing client paperwork.
  • Helping with client requests, such as transferring funds.
  • Notifying clients about new products or services.
  • Ensuring that regulatory rules are being followed.
