Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review tax returns for partnerships and corporations, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

  • Assist leadership in developing and implementing tax guidance and procedures to create synergies.
  • Manage tax compliance and ensure timely filing of all tax-related documents for the Firm.

  • Experience with tax automation software and tools, such as tax preparation software, data analytics tools, and tax research platforms.


Requirements

  • Deep understanding of compliance regulations and tax laws, including federal, state, and local tax
  • 3+ years of experience (preferably in public accounting)
  • Proficiency in tax software(s)
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office
