Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

  • Drive the company’s mission, vision, and strategic goals.
  • Foster teamwork, alignment, and commitment within the organization.
  • Communicate clearly with employees about job expectations, performance standards, and corporate policies.
  • Maintain regular oversight of operations and respond to public inquiries.

General Administration:

  • Manage policies, procedures, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Handle contracts, legal documents, and vendor relations.
  • Oversee capital asset management and coordinate with the Executive Team for public relations.

Financial Operations:

  • Collaborate with the Controller on financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Supervise budget management, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and risk management.

Human Resources:

  • Work with the HR Director on recruitment, benefits management, and compliance with legal and personnel policies.

Supervision:

  • Recruit and train Executive Team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business or a related field, or Bachelor’s degree with significant experience.
  • At least five years in behavioral health or intellectual disabilities management with proven leadership skills.
  • Minimum of five years in supervisory roles or equivalent experience.
