  • Manage and lead the ERP system use across all functional areas of the company
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure teams are getting the most out of the ERP system, including implementation of new functions and features as required by the business
  • Manage the ERP workflows throughout the business lifecycle. Examples functional areas include Finance and Accounting, Purchasing, Inventory and Warehouse Management, etc.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure the system accurately captures and reports all necessary data
  • Manage the team supporting NetSuite, including internal and external resources
  • Maintain all integrations between the ERP and other systems. For example, connecting with Point of Sale (POS) systems to ensure cohesive operations and data flow
  • Serve as the primary point of contact – building relationships to manage contracts, renewals and to address any systems issues
