The Global Data Analytics Lead will be responsible for defining and executing enterprise-wide data strategy. Key Responsibilities:

Data Strategy & Governance:

  • Develop and implement global data strategy, including data architecture, governance, and processes.
  • Set and enforce standards for data quality, data security, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Analytics Innovation & Leadership:

  • Drive innovation in data analytics, identifying new opportunities to leverage data for improved business outcomes.
  • Ideate and lead strategic data initiatives to support digital transformation and enhance customer value creation.

Team Management & Development:

  • Lead a global team of data professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to support their growth.
  • Manage contractors and external resources, ensuring delivery of data projects on time and within budget.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner with domain leaders across geographical regions to ensure data solutions meet business needs.
  • Communicate data insights and recommendations effectively to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Technology & AI Utilization:

  • Oversee the selection and implementation of data platforms, tools, and technologies.
  • Utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning as appropriate to improve data processes and analytics capabilities.


Qualitifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in data management
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple contractors and teams in a global environment
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, and data quality control
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure, PowerApps, and Power BI is a bonus
