About This Role
Step into a role that transcends the ordinary as the Assistant Director of Nursing of Behavioral Health at Evara Health. This is not just a job; it’s a calling to lead and inspire a team dedicated to transforming healthcare in communities that need it most. You will be at the forefront of managing our clinical support teams, comprising Medical Assistants, LPNs, and RNs, across multiple locations. Your leadership will not only influence our clinical operations but also the lives of the individuals we serve.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Purpose: Guide and develop our Behavioral Health clinical support teams, fostering an environment where the highest quality of care meets heartfelt patient service.
- Drive Excellence: Work closely with the Executive Director of Nursing to spearhead initiatives that enhance our operational efficacy and uphold our standards of excellence.

Required Education and Experience:
- BSN degree required; Master's degree preferred in a related area of assignment and/or four years of related experience
- Minimum (5) years management experience in a medical or related field required
- Active and unencumbered nursing license in the State of Florida
- Current BLS certification
