Evara Health, a not-for-profit healthcare organization serving the community for over 40 years, is seeking a Senior Clinical Operations Director to oversee and lead administrative and daily operations across its 15+ locations in Pinellas County, FL.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Evara's standards as well as federal, state, and local regulations. This pivotal role requires fostering evidence-based outcome management practices while guaranteeing the highest quality of comprehensive healthcare at the lowest cost.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Center Leaders on staff selection, scheduling, evaluations, corrective action processes, discharge, reward, and recognition.
  • Participate in the Quality Assurance Committee to ensure all actions to improve are congruent with the recommendations of the Board of Directors.
  • Review reports/documentation of center activities and operations.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders and/or the Executive Director of Nursing and the Facilities Director on the selection and safety of all clinical equipment.
  • Participate/review all emergency drills, including fire and hurricane drills.
  • Meet with medical providers, the Chief Medical Officer, and the Executive Director of Nursing to address clinical issues/processes.
  • Ensure ongoing staff development, education, and training are provided and evaluated for efficacy.
  • Maintain strong lines of communication with providers, staff, management, vendors, and patients; demonstrate exceptional customer service skills consistent with Evara standards.
  • Represent Evara professionally at internal, external meetings, and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred in a related field, or four years of related experience.
  • A minimum of five years of management experience in a medical or related field is required.
  • Active and unencumbered nursing license in the State of Florida is required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
Compensation Package:

Evara Health offers an attractive compensation package that includes up to 20 days of PTO in the first year, pre-taxed flexible insurance options, a 403B plan with company contributions, tuition reimbursement, and paid training opportunities. Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
