Our goal is to deliver tailor-made engineering services to major industry projects that will shape tomorrow.Our team is looking for a Project Controls Specialist to be a key member of the Project Controls Department, focused on the planning and scheduling activities for complex subsea projects. The role requires strong experience in planning, scheduling, cost control for offshore projects. Job Responsibilities:Establish, implement and manage an effective planning control systemDevelop and maintain project schedules for subsea EPC / EPCI phasesPrepare baseline schedules, progress measurement systems and planning proceduresCoordinate initial and ongoing risk management activitiesUpdate project schedules, evaluate forecast dates and track productivity and progress deviationsSupport Project Control Manager with Project Status Reports, Change management inputs and project close-out documentationQualifications & Experience:Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field15+ years' progressive experience in Project Controls with expertise in planning / scheduling in subsea projectsWorking knowledge of cost control functions within EPC / EPCI Advanced knowledge in Primavera P6Knowledge of cost control, CBSExpertise in planning standards and methodologies with ability to identify deviations early and support corrective actionsAll candidates must be local to Houston, TX for consideration, and possess valid US work authorization.
