Job Description

  • Quote mechanical equipment from plans and specifications
  • Work directly with customers, interpreting complex specifications, prepare quotes and work with in-house manufacturing team.
  • Sales Presentations to Engineers, Owners & Contractors
  • Some travel required
  • Must be based at the factory just outside Tampa, Florida

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors of Science in engineering; mechanical or electrical preferred but will consider other engineering disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in chilled and heating water HVAC systems.
  • Deep understanding within the commercial/industrial HVAC industry
  • Experience in sales and managing customer relationships.
  • Experience with HVAC system controls.
  • Basic AutoCAD skills preferred.
  • Interface with engineering firms to assist with product selections, schedules and specifications
  • Analyze scope of work and construction documents to prepare accurate quotes
