Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Project Manager with experience in healthcare to lead, manage, and deliver Salesforce implementations and enhancements. This role will be responsible for driving the successful execution of Salesforce-based projects that support various healthcare operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and aligning Salesforce solutions with organizational goals and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage Salesforce-related projects within the healthcare domain, from initiation through to completion. This includes defining project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders (clinical, operational, and IT teams) to understand business needs, document requirements, and communicate project status and updates effectively.
  • Salesforce Implementation: Oversee Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring that solutions are designed, configured, and delivered in alignment with the healthcare organization's needs and compliance requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that Salesforce solutions comply with healthcare-specific regulations, such as HIPAA, HITECH, and other industry standards.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Salesforce developers, analysts, business users, etc.) to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues in the project lifecycle and create mitigation plans to address them, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements related to the use of Salesforce in healthcare, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and optimization of Salesforce tools.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular project status reports, metrics, and other documentation as required for both internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing Salesforce projects.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in the healthcare industry, preferably with exposure to clinical operations, patient management systems, or healthcare CRM solutions.
  • Salesforce Knowledge:
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Health Cloud or other Salesforce products relevant to healthcare.
  • Understanding of Salesforce development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or higher is required.
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Health Cloud certification is a plus.
  • Project Management Skills:
  • Strong experience managing large, complex projects, utilizing project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • PMP or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
  • Healthcare Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of healthcare processes and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, HITECH, and other relevant standards.
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Patient Relationship Management (PRM) systems, and other healthcare technologies is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively present project status, risks, and updates to senior management.
  • Analytical Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
