Salesforce Healthcare Cloud Lead

Are you ready to lead a technical project team, drive innovation, and make a real impact in the healthcare industry? We're seeking a Salesforce Healthcare Cloud Lead who can take charge of system design, integration, and customization while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance business processes.


Contract to Hire | Must be a U.S. Citizen | Full Remote for Triwest states


What You'll Do:

~Lead technical project teams and mentor developers.

~Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.

~Integrate third-party applications and manage workflows.

~Collaborate in an Agile environment to drive results.

~Serve as a technical expert and problem solver.


🎓 What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field with coursework in programming and database systems, or equivalent experience.


~U.S. Citizen.

~Eligible for a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation.

~7+ years in application development and support.

~5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud.

~5+ years’ experience with Salesforce DevOps toolset and CI/CD practices.

~2+ years’ experience leading technical project teams.

~Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.

~Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.

~Expertise in JavaScript, Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOAP, and REST.

~Experience working in Agile environments using Jira or similar tools.

~Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and business audiences.


Bonus Points:

~Experience with Aura Framework, OmniScript, and healthcare systems.

~Familiarity with Einstein Analytics and Lightning Web Components.
