Legal Administrative Assistant (Personal Injury Law Firm)

Location: Downtown St. Louis Onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday, normal business hours (40 hours per week)

About the Role:

Our Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a dynamic and proactive Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role supports two paralegals with various administrative and legal tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendaring: Manage and maintain schedules for attorneys and paralegals, ensuring all deadlines and appointments are accurately tracked.
  • Depositions: Coordinate and set up depositions, including scheduling, confirming with all parties, and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel for clients, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and handling correspondence.
  • Multitasking: Efficiently handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Workload Management: Manage a heavy workload with a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:

  • While legal experience is not required, some office experience is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tasks and environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
