Compensation and Benefits:

The targeted base compensation for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 and bonus.

Job Responsibilities:

The Quality Manager is responsible for the performance and continuous improvement of the quality portion of the Integrated Management System. This includes overseeing all aspects of quality and lean. They oversee 15 team members within the Quality Department and Document Control. They are responsible for implementing and maintaining the most effective procedure for an optimum Quality System Management.


  • Promote continuous improvement of all quality and process metrics.
  • Prepare Process Improvement Studies; perform Internal 8-D’s, report opportunities for improvement to the management team.
  • Uphold the MS, IATF 16949 program and fulfill any specified responsibilities.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure customer needs are considered when setting quality objectives.
  • Calculate Q-Cost monthly and conduct Annual Quality Planning.
  • Calculate and submit KPI performance.
  • Maintain product and process controls to ensure product quality and consistency and Update Production Control Plans and FMEAs as needed.
  • Communicate audit findings, performance results, and program changes and/or improvements to company Team Members.
  • Complete customer audits and coordinate 2nd and 3rd party audits of the Quality Management System
  • Oversee second party supplier audit program.
  • Oversee the Technical Labs.


Job Qualification:

  • BS degree in Mathematics, Chemistry, Quality Management or Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-years successful quality management experience with minimum of 3-years of quality leadership experience.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic quality systems.
  • Certification in ISO/IATF 16949 or other quality management systems.
  • Successfully worked as a member of Senior Management Team that facilitated the achievement of strategic goals.
  • Capable of delivering high-level quality presentations to technical and non-technical audiences at the customer or board room levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Very good computer skills and the ability to understand and analyze data.
