Job Description: As a Sales Executive at Sino Biological, you will be a key player in expanding our global footprint and promoting our cutting-edge reagents and services. Your role will involve identifying potential clients within the life science research sector, understanding their scientific needs, and presenting tailored solutions that highlight the value of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to establish strong relationships and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Leverage your scientific expertise to comprehend the unique requirements of researchers and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Present our reagents, and contract research services effectively to diverse audiences through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination from inquiry to order fulfillment.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales within the life science industry, preferably with exposure to reagents and contract research services.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of molecular biology and cell biology concepts, enabling effective communication with researchers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Life Sciences, Biology, or a related field preferred.
